The hotel is located in a beautiful mountainous area with easy access to nearby restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us complimentary drinks upon arrival. the spa and pool area were well-maintained and a nice place to relax after a day of hiking.
The rooms were outdated and lacked some basic amenities such as air conditioning. the noise level from the street made it difficult to sleep at night, and the traffic outside was especially noticeable in the rooms.

Superb welcome from Madame Renaut, exemplary service from all staff, amazing cuisine, and beautiful room. We had a fabulous time.
We couldn't fault it at all. Had wondered if being 2km outside the centre of Mageve would be a problem, but the very responsive shuttle service offered by the hotel to the centre of Megeve and the ski lifts meant this was never difficult.

Located in a picturesque Alpine village, this hotel offers a perfect retreat in the pedestrian area. Emmanuel's restaurant, situated amidst the Alpine forest, serves food that is considered one of the best in the world. the hotel is also very close to the centre of the village. With a well-appointed room and a beautiful view of the valley, you can relax at the pool or hot tub in SPA at your leisure.
While the breakfast is consistently good, there are some minor inconsistencies in the quality, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

My recent stay at a luxurious 5-star hotel in the mountains was an absolute dream. From the moment I arrived, the exclusive amenities truly made me feel pampered. the concierge was attentive and always ready to assist, making every aspect of my stay seamless. the Spa & wellness centre was simply exquisite, and the massage therapists were highly skilled. the indoor swimming pool provided a relaxing ambiance, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas.
Despite this, the venue's attentive and friendly staff always made up for any inconvenience I faced.

We loved our stay in this hotel! The location was perfect, close to the centre of town and excellent in directing us on hikes. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff was attentive. Breakfast was delicious and the view of fireworks for Bastille Day was amazing.

Spent Christmas at a cozy chalet nestled in the mountains. Loved the privacy, peace, and gorgeous views. The indoor pool was a great option for a relaxing dip and breakfast was a highlight with fresh and delicious options. The staff were attentive and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant.
While the location was stunning, it was a bit far from town and activities. The resort could have offered more options for leisure activities on site.
